The joint venture formed by Wuhan Huakang Century Clean Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Huakang Clean") and the 11th Electronic Design Institute of Information Industry Science & Technology Engineering Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Eleventh Tech") has won the bid for the EPC general contracting project—comprehensive renovation and upgrade of supporting facilities for the biopharmaceutical and integrated circuit industries in Wuhan East Lake Free Trade Zone (Wuhan FTZ Project of Macro Micro Electronics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.), with a winning bid amount of 114 million yuan.

The project involves the renovation of a building area totaling approximately 22,000 square meters, encompassing production workshops, testing facilities, auxiliary production areas, and supporting power and utility systems. Key components include cleanroom construction, interior decoration and finishing works, gas supply systems, process water system engineering, as well as HVAC and related equipment installations. As the EPC general contractor for this project, Huakang Medical will deliver "turnkey" services, ensuring high-quality completion to accelerate the enhancement and upgrading of regional infrastructure supporting the optoelectronic semiconductor industry, thereby driving innovation and revitalization within the sector.
