Project Name: Haiwei Automotive Smart Cabin R&D and Industrialization Base Project (Phase I) - Cleanroom Construction Engineering
Scope of construction: Including, but not limited to, the 1F warehouse, 1F electronics inspection room, 2F cleanroom renovation, 3F–5F clean production areas, static grounding systems, clean treatment for lift shafts, construction of environmental protection facilities and piping, installation of heat dissipation systems and piping, secondary installations, as well as opening and sealing operations for other specialized subcontracted installation projects.

Project Introduction:
The Haowei Technology headquarters and R&D & Manufacturing Base project encompasses three major functional zones—intelligent manufacturing, R&D operations, and lifestyle & growth—and will be constructed in two phases. The first phase of the Haowei Headquarters Campus spans 50.44 acres with a total floor area of 75,000 square meters, and is expected to achieve an annual production capacity of up to 4.2 million automotive electronic components (sets). The project at the Haowei Headquarters Campus will further focus on cutting-edge fields such as artificial intelligence, intelligent connected systems, in-vehicle computing units, and advanced manufacturing technologies, while continuously ramping up R&D efforts to enhance Haowei's comprehensive R&D and design capabilities for automotive electronics products.
