Project Introduction: This project is an industrialization initiative focused on semiconductor LiDAR and sensor components, located in the Tianqu New Area of Dezhou, Shandong Province. With a total investment of 5 billion yuan, the facility boasts a total construction area of 16,229 square meters, featuring a Class 1,000 cleanroom module workshop, a Class 10,000 assembly workshop, a semi-finished product testing facility, and a finished-product packaging workshop. By precisely controlling the environmental conditions, the project ensures that the production environment for semiconductor LiDAR and sensor components meets stringent high-standard requirements. Once completed, the project will establish a comprehensive, end-to-end manufacturing capability—from gallium arsenide substrate epitaxy to device module fabrication, packaging, and testing—filling the domestic gap in integrated LiDAR production across the entire value chain. Additionally, it is expected to drive the growth of Dezhou's integrated circuit industry, ultimately helping to create a trillion-yuan-level industrial cluster.
Scope of construction: Including, but not limited to, plant-wide mechanical and electrical systems, interior finishing, cleanroom engineering, and ancillary facilities such as process wastewater connections to the municipal sewage network—such as the power distribution system and Building #4—as well as secondary equipment installation for machinery, the PV system (excluding secondary wiring), the CDA system (excluding secondary piping), the PCW system (excluding secondary connections), the process exhaust ventilation system, the primary piping of the first-stage RO water system (including MAU humidifiers), in-plant plumbing and water supply systems, both purified and comfort air conditioning systems, specialized cleanroom renovations for individual workshops (covering ceilings, partitions, flooring, and epoxy coatings), and non-cleanroom area renovations—all delivered after successful system commissioning.
