Scope of construction: A 3,942㎡ cleanroom facility includes: installation of HVAC systems (including process acid and alkali exhaust ventilation), fire protection systems, electrical installations (including automation controls), cleanroom construction and decoration, as well as plumbing and drainage systems (covering purified wastewater).
