Family and friends gather in Yichang: A scenic tour of the "Two Dams" along the Qingjiang River --- Wuhan Huakang Century Company Organizes a Trip to Yichang for Employees Who Have Been with the Company for 6 Years, Along with Their Families From July 22 to 25, Wuhan Huakang Century Medical Co., Ltd. arranged a four-day trip to Yichang for 49 employees who have been with the company for six years or more, accompanied by their family members. The group safely returned to Wuhan on the evening of July 25, concluding an enjoyable journey filled with unforgettable moments. This employee and family excursion is not only a concrete step in implementing the company’s established policies but also a meaningful initiative aimed at fostering humanistic care and enriching the company’s cultural ethos. To support the company’s sustainable growth and enable employees to share in the fruits of its ongoing transformation and development, the company introduced the "Regulations on Awarding Employees Titles Such as 'Lifetime Honorary Employee'" in 2017 (hereafter referred to as the "Regulations"). According to these regulations, employees who have served the company for 3, 6, 9, or 12 years will be honored with titles ranging from Gold Level, Platinum Level, Diamond Level, to Lifetime Honorary Employee, respectively. Additionally, employees receive monthly salary increases of 150 yuan, 300 yuan, 450 yuan, and 600 yuan, respectively. The company also provides eligible employees with a fixed amount of interest-free housing loan assistance, while clearly outlining benefits such as subsidized city-wide travel vouchers and complimentary domestic and international tours for employees and their immediate family members traveling within China and abroad. On the cruise passing through the Gezhouba Dam ship lock, participants couldn’t help but feel proud of the breathtaking sight: "Ten thousand miles of Yangtze River reflecting colorful sunsets, with towering mountain canyons guarding ancient dams for millennia." Upon entering the Three Gorges Dam scenic area, they climbed onto Tanziling Hill, taking in panoramic views of the entire Three Gorges Project and deeply appreciating the heroic spirit captured in Chairman Mao’s famous verse: "Cutting off the clouds and rains of Mount Wushan, transforming high gorges into tranquil lakes." Standing atop the iconic 185-meter platform, visitors marveled at the sheer scale and grandeur of the dam, feeling both the immense pride and awe that come with witnessing such a monumental feat of human ingenuity. At the Impoundment Memorial Park, they admired the awe-inspiring majesty of the Three Gorges Dam up close. Next, the group ventured to the world-renowned Changyang Qingjiang Gallery, where verdant mountains resembled emerald ribbons, and crystal-clear waters sparkled like sapphires. The landscape was dotted with mesmerizing natural wonders, fragrant blossoms perfuming the air, creating an experience that was as serene as it was captivating. A leisurely boat ride back and forth left everyone spellbound. Meanwhile, at the Three Gorges Waterfall, travelers were treated to an exhilarating spectacle as cascading torrents plunged dramatically downward, sending misty sprays and shimmering droplets into the air. Amidst the thunderous roar of the falls, visitors felt invigorated by the cool, refreshing spray—especially delightful after a day of exploration. Children delighted in splashing around in the gentle streams, thoroughly enjoying the playful, carefree atmosphere. Throughout the trip, participants eagerly snapped photos of the stunning scenery, capturing precious memories to cherish forever. During the journey, one employee’s father expressed heartfelt gratitude to the company leadership for their thoughtful care toward employees and their families. He shared, "We are deeply thankful for the company’s dedication to nurturing both our personal and professional lives. Moving forward, we’ll do everything we can to ensure our families provide strong support, allowing our children to focus fully on their work and contribute wholeheartedly to the company’s continued success." Over the course of the four-day trip, employees strengthened their familial bonds with loved ones and deepened friendships among colleagues. At the same time, the experience helped them unwind from the stresses of daily work, reigniting their passion and motivation to excel. All participants unanimously pledged to remain committed to their roles, working diligently to pave the way for the company’s rapid and sustainable growth.
